Workout to restart training

  1. 3×40 alternate reps of curl bicep + shoulder press;

  2. 2×50 alternate reps of slides (start with the dumbbell on right foot and, with your left hand, make it slide to your left foot. Repeat the movement with the right hand to the left foot);

  3. 3×10 toes to bar (hang the rings and lift your body as higher as you can, start pulling your knees to the chest and keep moving up reaching the highest point);

  4. 3×20 Squats with dumbbells (normal squats holding dumbbells on your shoulders).
